We offer a 30-day return window. You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be in the same brand-new condition as received

  • Be unused and undamaged

  • Have all tags attached

  • Be in its original packaging

  • Include a receipt or proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards

  • Items that have been used or damaged after receipt

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases (if applicable in future categories)

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, the fastest method is:

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 3 business days back to your original payment method.
